From Dr. Nicol
Getting your spine aligned is just as important as flossing your teeth.
It is important to floss because if you don’t, eventually decay will build up and your gums will get irritated and inflamed creating gum disease. Well, it is just as important to keep normal movement or mobility with your vertebrae.
They can lose their normal range of motion from lifestyle habits such as sitting and slumping which can cause the vertebrae to get fixated. This will reduce the nerve conduction not only to the muscles but to organs such as the stomach which will not allow it to function at 100%. A chiropractic manipulation will restore normal movement in the vertebrae which will optimize your health.
